I feel excited to have the opportunity to write and send you this letter. I am Idalia Marilena Mucia Portuguez, and I am 17 years old. I keep busy at home helping with the household chores. My mother earns a living weaving typical clothes, and she also goes to shepherd our cows. My father is in the United States, and due to the pandemic, he is only working some days of the week. He is sending us money, but it is only a little amount because he is paying for a loan that he had to make when he got sick. Sadly, he got Covid-19 and was not working for some time. We have been very affected by this pandemic, but we have been able to go ahead.
God has been faithful with us and has blessed us through different ways. We have received grocery bags from Living Water when we have needed them most. I am grateful to the Ministry for being attentive to us in these difficult times; I pray God blesses it. We are in good health, and we are attending World Missionary Movement Church on Tuesday and Thursday; the services last three hours. Lastly, I want to tell you that my mother helped me to give this information by phone to a LW Evangelism teacher. The staff did not meet us personally because they are avoiding physical contact as much as possible since they want to protect us from the current virus. I wish you the best in life.
With much love
Idalia Marilena Mucia Portuguez
