I am very happy to update my personal information. My name is Juana Zapeta Aquino, and I am now 18 years old. I do not attend school, so I work in a tortillas business in the local town. I help my family financially and I come home once a month. My father works as a day laborer while my mother works as a farmer on her own piece of land; she usually grows green tomatoes for selling. This pandemic affected our economy because my mother could not sell her tomatoes and she lost money. My father had to borrow money to buy our basic needs. God touched the heart of a man and he gave us a loan.
We received grocery bags from the feeding program and they were a great blessing for us because we got them when we needed them most. I thank you so much for supporting us in this way. I pray God blesses you in a big way. My family and I are in good health. We are members of Prince of Peace Church and we attend the services once a week. Lastly, I want to tell you that my father helped me to give this information by phone to a LW Evangelism teacher. The staff did not meet us personally because they are avoiding physical contact as much as possible since they want to protect us from the current virus. I hope to hear from you soon.
Kisses and hugs
Juana Zapeta Aquino
