Hello! I am Juana Marisol. I am 16 years old. I dropped out of school some years ago. Since then, I help with the duties at home and herd our sheep. My mother does the chores at home and works as a day laborer. She also raises domestic animals and grows herbs for selling to help herself economically. My father abandoned us years ago.
Let me tell you that the covid-19 pandemic came to affect us in the work and economic area due to lack of work in the village. We survive thanks to God´s help and the support that we receive from the feeding program. We are so grateful for the grocery bags that Living Water/ Adopt A Child has giving us during this difficult time. We received the help when we were passing through a very hard situation at home. So, we want to express our gratitude for all the support that we receive from you through LW. We pray to our Lord to bless you greatly. Thank God, we are healthy and the covid-19 has not affected us. We attend Prince of Peace Church on Mondays. I want to let you know that an evangelism teacher of LW called my mother, Lidia Toj by phone to get this updated information since the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. Keep safe. I hope to hear from you soon. Many blessings!
Lots of hugs,
Juana Marisol Morente Toj
