I feel so happy to share with you a little about me. I am Vilma Herlinda Benito De La Cruz and I am ten years old. This year, I am in the third grade at school, and I am receiving three hours of face-to-face classes every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I deliver my homework twice per week when I go to school. I am very intelligent, and I am number one in my class. My mother does the household chores and takes care of us. My father continues working in the United States and he has been there for many years. He communicates with us and helps us to cover the home expenses. We were affected economically by the pandemic situation because there was not much work, but thank God, we could go ahead with some savings that we had. Also, we received groceries from the school and from the feeding program.
God has been faithful with us because we are in good health. We are so thankful to Living Water for helping us because we were so blessed with groceries bags and it was a great support for us in the most difficult times. We pray that God pays you back for all you have done for us. Fortunately, none of us have been infected from the covid-19 virus. We are attending Methodist Church every Saturday and we are receiving two hours of service. Let me tell you that one of the AAC-team called my mother and she was the one who gave this update information about me; it was by phone due to the pandemic. I say goodbye to you for now wishing you many blessings.
Lots of hugs,
Vilma Herlinda Benito De La Cruz
