I am happy to update my personal information. My name is Sandra Angelica Morente De La Cruz, and I am 18 years old. I no longer attend school due to our low resources. Currently, I am working in a tortillas business in Guatemala City but I will return to my home in a couple of months. My father works as a day laborer to cover our needs. My mother is a housewife and she sells herbs on Sunday to help with the income; she raises hens and sells them when we need money. Due to this pandemic, we were economically affected and there were times that we had nothing to eat. We were able to survive thanks to the herbs and vegetables that we grew, and the grocery bags that Living Water gave us.
God has always been with us and has blessed us in different ways when we are in need. I am very grateful to the Ministry for all the support I have received in these difficult times, and I pray God blesses all those people who make it possible. Thank God, none of my family has gotten Covid-19 and we are healthy. We are members of the Catholic Church and we attend the mass on Monday. Lastly, I want to tell you that I gave this information by phone to a LW Evangelism teacher. The staff did not meet us personally because they are avoiding physical contact as much as possible since they want to protect us from the current virus. I thank you for taking the time to read my letter.
With much love
Sandra Angelica Morente De La Cruz
