My Story

It is a wonderful day to say hello to you hoping our Lord is taking care of you! I am Benny Josue Gomez Benito. I am now 14 years old. I am in 7^th grade and I take my classes in the afternoon. I spend my free time helping my mother with the housework, especially because she takes care of my sister who is sick with cancer. My sister is still under medical treatment in Guatemala City and my parents take her to the appointments. My parents struggle daily to sustain our family; they have a clothes business selling typical suits. We are fine, however, I want you to pray for our provision and especially for my sister´s health.

I get so excited to receive the Christmas gift in the feeding program every year. I love to eat fried chicken; it is my favorite food from the program. My family and I want to express our gratitude for all the support that Living Water and you are giving to me; the food and medicines mean a great help. We are a Catholic family; we all have welcomed Jesus into our hearts. We are grateful for the encouraging words given to us by the evangelism teacher this time. This time my mother gave this information to the evangelism staff to share news with you about me. This is all for now. Every kind of blessing over you!
