Hello! My name is Veronica Yojanna. I am 11 years old and I live along with my father, grandmother, and siblings. I attend 5th grade, I am receiving face-to-face classes on Monday from 08:00 to 11:00 AM. I give my homework to my teacher when I attend classes. I am doing very well in my studies since my aunt Estela helps me if, I have some doubt. My father works as a day laborer and farmer, and he is who supplies our family needs. My grandmother is housewife and takes care of my siblings and me. Sadly, my mother abandoned us and stablished another relationship in the United States.
I want to let you know that the covid-19 pandemic came to affect us economically due to lack of work. Thank God, we have been received support from my school and from the feeding program. We are safe at home since our Lord is watching over us. My family and I are so thankful to you and Living Water / Adopt A Child for the grocery bags that you have been providing for us. the help has been really helpful for us and my father saved some money to supply other needs. Thank you very much to you and everyone who contributes so that children can get the support. We pray to God asking for many and rich blessings to you. We are healthy, and the covid-19 has not affected us so far, thanks to God. We attend Assembly of God Church, and the services are on Tuesday and Friday. I want to let you know that an evangelism teacher of the LW called my grandma, Rosa Mendez by phone to get this updated information since the feeding program is still closed due to the pandemic. I say good bye to you for now but I send many hugs. May God bless you wherever you go!
Kisses and much love,
Veronica Yojanna De La Cruz Grave
