My Story

Hello! I greet you lovingly, hoping you are having a fantastic day. My name is Leyser Oseas, and I want to share my latest news with you. I hope you find it engaging. I attend a Christian Church called Sinai Mount, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. I am grateful to a LW teacher because she encouraged me to continue trusting in God. My father is Filiberto Noe Lux Urizar, and he is 37 years old. He makes a living as a carpenter. My mom is Lesbia Leticia Gutierrez Tino, and she is 38 years old. She keeps busy doing the chores and raising hens and ducks to sell. We have a few fruit trees at home. Thank God, we have harvested jocotes, lemons, and loquats every year. As for health, let me tell you that my whole family and I are in good health. My father got dengue some months ago, but he took medicine to recover from that illness.

Now, I want you to know a little bit more about me. I am 14 years old, and this year, I was in seventh grade. I was glad to receive face-to-face classes because teachers explain the lessons much better. As you know, my family and I have limited resources to cover just what we need. Unfortunately, everything has been expensive lately and due to that, my parents had trouble covering my school supplies. We need groceries at home, especially corn. My favorite sport is basketball. My dream is to become a basketball player when I am older. Therefore, I would love to count on your prayers for me to accomplish it someday. My favorite season is winter because I love the cold weather. I like drinking soft drinks, but my favorite is Coca-Cola. When my birthday comes, I love hanging out with my friends. To end this letter, I want you to know that LW is a meaningful project for my family and me because of all the encouragement and support that we have received. May God bless you and all those who have blessed many people like me through LW!
