I feel so happy to share with you a little about me. I am Sandra Marina Barrera Gutierrez and I am eighteen years old. I no longer attend school. Now, I am working in a tortillas business and I contribute with the expenses. My father is working as a farmer and as a day laborer. He also goes to pick coffee beans at the coast and supplies our needs. My mother does the household chores and works with a lady who sells food on weekends. She washes clothes for other people in order to contribute with the incomes. We were affected economically by the pandemic situation, but fortunately, we could go ahead thanks to the groceries that we received from my siblings´ school and from the feeding program.
God has been merciful with us because we have not lacked food on our table. It was a great support for all the family to receive the groceries bags from LW because we did not expect them and could save some money. We thank you for all your help. Fortunately, we are in good health and we have not been infected from the covid-19 virus. I want to tell you that one of the AAC-secretary called my mother and she was the one who gave this information about me; it was by phone due to the pandemic. We attend Catholic Church and we receive two hours of services every Monday. I say goodbye to you for now hoping you are receiving many blessings.
With much love,
Sandra Marina Barrera Gutierrez
